DPW Lean In Lunch 2025 Schedule!

Lean In Lunch: Connecting Women Across Dallas

Are you ready to take a bold step in your career and personal growth? Dallas Professional Women rolls into our 3rd year with our "Lean In Lunch" series — a dynamic networking and professional development opportunity that is reshaping how women connect, collaborate, and lead. With a focus on empowerment, these lunches bring together women from diverse backgrounds for meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and actionable insights.

What is Lean In Lunch?

Lean In Lunch is a monthly gathering designed to inspire and support women professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders. Guided by the principles of Sheryl Sandberg’s Lean In philosophy, these events encourage women to embrace opportunities, challenge barriers, and grow both personally and professionally. The format is simple yet impactful: enjoy lunch, engage in open dialogue, and leave with new connections and fresh perspectives. The lunch is an intimate gathering of 10 women or less.

About The Experience

At the heart of Lean In Lunch is DPW's Chief Empowerment Officer Irum Jones, along with the DPW Advisory Council Members who share a passion to create & foster a welcoming environment where women feel empowered to share their stories, challenges, and successes. DPW's leadership ensures that every Lean In Lunch is not just an event but a transformative experience that sparks collaboration and confidence.
